PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept payments via Paypal and major credit cards.

  • Our website is currently only accepting payments in Singapore Dollars (S$ / SGD), if you wish to pay in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) kindly drop us an email at hola@laplayafilipinas.com so we can provide you with the bank details and further instructions on where you can make your deposit.

  • La Playa Filipinas ships to most countries around the world

  • We offer free Ground Shipping to the Philippines and to Singapore

  • We offer free Shipping to any destination for orders over S$100.00 or ₱ 3,500.00 (post discounts)

  • All products ship from our fulfillments centers in Singapore and Manila (Philippines)

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding holidays

  • Orders placed on weekends will ship on the first working day of the following week

  • Please note customers are responsible for ALL duties and local taxes

  • We are unable to mark items as "gift" or "sample" to lessen duty charges

 

WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

  • Free shipping offers may vary depending on whether a shipping promotion is available at the time. Currently, any order over S$100.00 or ₱ 3,500.00 (post discounts) qualify for Free Shipping

 

CAN PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT MAILING ADDRESS FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS?

  • Yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. Your billing address should reflect the payment method address. Shipping address is at your discretion and can vary from the billing address

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO REACH ME?

  • An estimate of how long it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping option you selected at checkout.  You can reference the shipping details above to view estimates per shipping option

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • In order to change any shipping information on your order, notify us via e-mail at hola@laplayafilipinas.com within 24 hours from order placement and we will do our best to provide a new address to the carrier. There is no guarantee that this request will be met at all times as shipping and handling requests go straight to our fulfillment centre

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

  • If your package is lost or you are having trouble locating your package, please email us at hola@laplayafilipinas.com and we'll be happy to assist you

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PURCHASE ARRIVED DAMAGED?

  • If your purchase arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the good(s).

  • Once we receive your request, we will revert back within 3-5 business days with a return label which allows you to ship the product back to us at no cost. Please do not return any product until you have recevied our return label

  • Your replacement product shipment will go out via standard shipping and you will receive the replacement within the specified shipping days based on your location

  • Damaged goods are defined and limited to manufacturing defects and broken and/or torn parts. The labels and original packaging of the purchased item must be intact when the item is returned and must not look to have been used. Any damaged item for return will be inspected at our fulfillment centre

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • We understand if you have a change of heart when you receive your purchase. You may like the other colour you thought of initially or the size is a little off. Let us know by e-mail at hola@laplayafilipinas.com and we will be happy to assist you

  • Please follow the returns process mentioned below and place a new order. You will be refunded for your original purchase upon merchandise being returned in acceptable condition

    1. Email at hola@laplayafilipinas.com reporting your issue. We will give you a return number and an address to return the item

    2.  Please return the products at your own cost using a shipping method with tracking number. A return address will be provided to you by e-mail

    3. Please place your new order on our website

  • You will receive an email once your refund or exchange is processed

  • La Playa Filipinas reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith return

  • When packing the item(s) you wish to return, please help us pack the goods nicely the same way you received it (damage-free) and also as a sign of respect to its future owner

  • If you have a time-sensitive exchange and waiting for a replacement item isn't quick enough, we can help you process a refund for your returned item(s)

 

PLEASE DO NOT:

  • Return a product without a return authorization

  • Send returns to our office address

  • Attempt to make a return in person

 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURNS IF:

  • A returned product does not meet La Playa Filipinas return requirements

  • A return is received at the wrong address

  • A return request is made to La Playa Filipinas more than 30 days from the date you received your item

  • The item is damaged or permanently altered in any way
